Synopsis
Trumpet player Roy Allen begins a new chapter as a music teacher at a school where many students have limited exposure to music. He forms a bond with a gifted young musician who is in need of a father figure. As Roy works to establish a school band and learns how to connect with students on their own level, he also rekindles a relationship with his own estranged son, striving to become the father he has always wanted to be.
