Synopsis
Mircea, a long-time employee of the National Company of Motorways and National Roads, seeks to have his nephew, George, hired at the company. The position involves manually counting vehicles on national roads as part of EU statistical requirements. However, the two men hold differing views on the nature of the work, and their disagreement gradually strains their friendship, leading to a conflict.
