Oh Dear
A village clarinetist leaves his quiet home to chase love and fame in Istanbul, only to find his music—and a charismatic nightclub singer—drag him into a chaotic, comedic battle for survival in the city's dazzling underworld.
Synopsis
Hüseyin is a young man living with his grandfather and grandmother in a village in Thracian Turkey. His two great passions are his clarinet and Müjgan, a nurse. Though satisfied with his life, his music, and his dreams of Müjgan, an unexpected event causes him to leave his village. He arrives in Istanbul, where he initially finds support through his clarinet and later through the friendship of Firuzan, a singer. Firuzan is a popular nightclub performer who is actively working on an album while navigating a vibrant yet complex personal life. When Firuzan meets Hüseyin, the unfolding events lead to a humorous adventure.
