Synopsis
Cartwright's scheme involves buying a ranch, then enlisting Mason and his men to drive the ranchers off the property so he can resell it. If the ranchers demand their money back, he refunds them and then has them killed. Jack arrives and discovers that Mason and his men are responsible, though they have a superior. He suspects Cartwright and devises a trap to uncover him.
