Omar Marzouk: Krig, terror og andre sjove ting

The comedy show *War, Terror and Other Funny Things* by comedian Omar Marzouk played to full houses in Denmark in the spring of 2005, with more than 15,000 people attending the 90-minute performance, which was later released on DVD by Det Ny Teater. The show, described as both controversial and hilarious, includes a number of extras. Since then, Omar has performed to packed audiences at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the world's largest comedy festival. The show was well received by both audiences and critics from several British newspapers. That fall, Omar performed three shows at the renowned London Soho Theater and was featured in *Time Out*, London's leading entertainment guide. Omar's satirical take on war and terror also gained attention in the U.S., where he was interviewed by both *Newsweek* and the *Los Angeles Times* in connection with his show.
