Synopsis
Sixteen‑year‑old Dylan is diagnosed with terminal cancer. After a charitable organization offers to grant him a final wish, he asks to meet supermodel Nikki Sinclair. With the assistance of his mother’s reluctant approval and his best friends, Dylan travels to New York to pursue the meeting.
