Synopsis
Eddie and Lou are two small-time con men who are fleeing from a loan shark. They take refuge in an unoccupied house and learn from an answering machine message that the owner is away for a month or two and that the scheduled housesitter is unable to fulfill the role due to a new job in another part of the country. This creates an opportunity for Eddie and Lou to use the house as their hideout. However, their plans are complicated when the owner's relatives unexpectedly visit. Eddie assumes the identity of the missing housesitter, setting off a series of comedic complications.
