Synopsis
Margaret Humphreys is a social worker from Nottingham whose efforts brought to light one of the most significant social scandals in recent history—the forced migration of children from the United Kingdom to Australia and other Commonwealth countries. Through her work, she almost singlehandedly reunited thousands of families, held authorities accountable, and drew worldwide attention to what became recognized as a major miscarriage of justice.
