Orphans' Benefit
Synopsis
In an effort to cheer up a group of orphans, Mickey and his friends stage a revue. Donald attempts to recite nursery rhymes, but the children tease him. Horace, Goofy, and Clarabelle perform a dance routine. Donald tries again, this time with Clara singing a clucking song while Mickey plays the piano, accompanied by an unseen orchestra. Donald returns to the stage, and the orphans, in a final act of mischief, send a parade of bricks and eggs suspended on balloons toward him, using slingshots to drop them on his head.
