Synopsis
*Overview* is a short film that examines the "Overview Effect," a phenomenon described by astronauts who have viewed Earth from space and experienced a shift in their perception of the planet and humanity's place within it. The film presents interviews with astronauts who have undergone this experience, capturing their insights into seeing Earth as a shared home without national or species boundaries. It also includes commentary from thinkers and experts discussing the broader implications of this perspective for humanity, particularly in addressing the significant challenges currently facing the planet.
