Oyu
Synopsis
It is New Year's Eve, and night descends on Toyama, a small town in Japan. A man visits the public baths to retrieve a forgotten item and discovers an old but still valid ticket, which tempts him to stay. Surrounded by the steam, gestures, and conversations of others, his simple bath gradually becomes an occasion for contemplation and introspection.
