Painted Skin: The Resurrection
Synopsis
According to demon lore, it takes hundreds of years for a demon to attain human form. Even in this form, however, a demon cannot experience the true pains and passions of existence due to the absence of a human heart. There is a legend, however, that if a pure human heart is freely offered to a demon, it can become mortal and experience true life. This film is the sequel to *Painted Skin* (2008).
