Synopsis

After the breakup of her marriage, photographer Samantha Taylor retreats to the ranch of her friend Caroline Lord in California. There, she falls in love with ranch hand Tate Jordan, and the two share a deep and passionate relationship. However, Tate leaves the ranch after discovering that Samantha's ex-husband is Warren Taylor, a popular and wealthy news anchor. Heartbroken, Samantha later suffers a serious accident that leaves her paralyzed and must relearn how to walk and ride. Caroline Lord tragically dies and leaves her ranch to Samantha, who transforms it into a riding school for paralyzed children. Through this endeavor, Samantha begins to heal from the pain of Tate's departure, her friend's death, and her own condition. Tate returns to the ranch after learning of Caroline's death and finds Samantha there. The question remains whether they can overcome their personal struggles and rekindle their love.

How many hands made this film

The scale of the collaboration

Principal cast & crew: 18

These are the principals we have on file — the full crew ran to the hundreds. Every film this size was made by far more hands than any credits list ever names.

Why a floor?

This is a minimum, not a total. We only count the credits we’ve captured so far, and coverage is uneven — a blockbuster might show a few hundred names while another of the same size shows a couple dozen. The real crews all ran into the thousands. The number here only grows as full credits are enriched — so we frame it as a floor, never a headcount.
