Panique!

François agrees to temporarily replace a fellow doctor in Bagneres-sur-Mer for three days, hoping the time will help strengthen his relationship with his daughter, Garance, which has been strained by his frequent missions around the world. However, events take an unexpected turn when the first bees begin to attack. His warnings are largely ignored, especially by Clementine, a local beekeeper whose hives produce the best honey in the region. The bees become increasingly erratic—deserting their hives, attacking people and animals, then vanishing just as suddenly. The authorities are overwhelmed, and no strategy seems able to contain the mysterious syndrome affecting the bee population. With no support, François and Clementine work together to uncover the cause of this ecological crisis and find a solution before it is too late.
