Passing Glory
Synopsis
A true story set in the 1960s, it follows a priest in New Orleans (played by Andre Braugher) who organizes a team of Black players to challenge an all-white prep school basketball team. These events became a significant moment in the sport's history, symbolizing a pivotal step toward the integration of basketball. Directed by Steve James, known for *Hoop Dreams*, the film highlights how these players not only made shots, but also made history.
