Synopsis
On the set of the popular daytime soap opera *Mile High*, actress Kris Buckner is being pushed out by her co-star, Mark Stratton. After she threatens him by saying she'll "kill him before she leaves the show," she becomes the prime suspect when Stratton is later murdered through poisoning. As an old friend, Perry Mason steps in to help Kris and agrees to defend her. Meanwhile, Ken investigates the case with the assistance of a fan of the show.
