Synopsis
After being released from a psychiatric hospital, Mike reunites with his old friend Reggie to track down the Tall Man, who has once again begun his activities. A mysterious and beautiful girl has also started appearing in Mike's dreams, and the pair must locate her before the Tall Man does.
