Synopsis
Hoot Kloot is returning to his hometown of Cactus Goat after attending the sheriff's convention in San Francisco. He is also delivering the mail to the town. To help him travel faster, he gave his horse, Fester, track shoes, which made the horse ten times quicker than before.
