Synopsis
Flannery, a railway agent who strictly adheres to the rules, becomes embroiled in a dispute with a customer named McMorehouse, who insists on paying 44 cents freight for two guinea pigs, which he regards as pets. Flannery, however, classifies them as pigs, subject to a 48-cent freight charge. He soon begins to regret this decision when the animals start to multiply.
