Pink Ice

In South Africa, a talking Pink Panther owns a diamond mine and discovers a valuable gem. He stores it in a safe with a combination lock that operates like a telephone dial, but a man tunnels into the safe and steals the jewel. The Pink Panther initially suspects gophers, but the real culprits are a pair of rival miners from the neighboring DeBoors mine, who have taken the diamond and asserted ownership over the diamond-rich territory. The two men attempt to eliminate the Pink Panther, but their efforts are clumsy and ineffective. The sophisticated Pink Panther outwits them, secures an even larger diamond, and removes it from the DeBoors mine.
