Synopsis
This HBO Documentary Films presentation explores the risks of cosmetic surgery by examining three cases in which procedures resulted in severe complications. While millions of people undergo surgeries such as tummy tucks, nose jobs, and liposuction each year in pursuit of improved appearance and self-confidence, the film highlights the potentially devastating consequences when things go wrong.
