Synopsis

Peter is a novelist who is struggling with the emotional turmoil of his wife and daughter leaving him. In a moment of despair, he purchases a Smith & Wesson revolver, loads it with a single bullet, and attempts Russian roulette. Later, while driving to his wife's office, he pulls the gun out again when confronted by an aggressive motorist. At his wife's office, he pleads with her to speak to him, and she agrees—while holding the pistol. His journey continues to the literary agent who received his manuscript, where he once more produces the gun. The agent's response is unexpected, and Peter makes one final stop before the day ends.

How many hands made this film

The scale of the collaboration

Principal cast & crew: 9

These are the principals we have on file — the full crew ran to the hundreds. Every film this size was made by far more hands than any credits list ever names.

Why a floor?

This is a minimum, not a total. We only count the credits we’ve captured so far, and coverage is uneven — a blockbuster might show a few hundred names while another of the same size shows a couple dozen. The real crews all ran into the thousands. The number here only grows as full credits are enriched — so we frame it as a floor, never a headcount.
