Synopsis
Samuel Pierret is a nurse who accidentally saves the wrong man—a thief—whose associates take Samuel's pregnant wife hostage to compel him to free their boss from the hospital. A high-stakes chase unfolds through the subways and streets of Paris, marked by increasing violence. As the body count rises, Samuel must navigate both the police and the criminal underworld in a desperate attempt to protect his wife and ensure her safe delivery.
