Synopsis
From 1977 to 1981, The Police embarked on an extensive global tour that took them to more than a dozen countries, many of which were rarely visited by rock bands of the era. The film captures highlights from the tour, including performances in Japan, Hong Kong, India, Egypt, Australia, and Latin America. Sixteen songs were recorded live during the tour for the film, which goes beyond a standard concert video by incorporating humorous off-stage footage. These segments show the band experiencing local sights, customs, and cultures in the countries where their fans lived.
