Synopsis
What is causing greater harm - cannabis or the policy towards this drug. Considering less support to the actual policy of repression and the increase of public opinion favoring the legalization of cannabis, the society presents doubts towards the current unsuccessful policy. Porocilo: Zbe focuses on the political proposition to reach more efficient results of lowering the use of cannabis, reducing all harmful effects and consequences of present legislation, while ensuring standards of life and civil rights to the users of this illicit drug. The documentary movie questions the regulatory system of state legalization with control over legal use, possession, production and traffic with cannabis, that can be achieved through different presented models for medical and non-medical use.
