Princess Cyd
Synopsis
Cyd Loughlin is a high‑school athlete who lives alone with her father, who suffers from depression, in South Carolina and constantly wishes to leave home. Her aunt, novelist Miranda Ruth, offers to host Cyd for several weeks during the summer, and Cyd accepts. While staying with her aunt, Cyd develops romantic feelings for a girl who lives nearby, and she and her aunt explore issues of sexuality and spirituality together.
