Synopsis
Pluto is towing Donald and his small motorboat when he becomes distracted by a frog, causing the boat to escape from his grasp. As Pluto wrestles with the frog and later a bedspring, Donald attempts to operate the outboard motor, which either refuses to start or, when it does, tends to damage the boat.
