Synopsis
Shanghai in the 1950s. Young employee Zhao Hui loves sports, especially basketball, but the only court in the Medical Equipment Bureau is strewn with waste. He asks the office director Zhang Renjie to set up a sports association, but he keeps dragging his feet.
