Synopsis
In this *Pete Smith Specialty* short, Dr. Harold E. Edgerton demonstrates stroboscopic photography, a technique he helped develop. The process enables viewers to see in slow motion events that occur too quickly to be observed with the naked eye. Examples shown include a bullet in flight shattering a light bulb, the moment of impact when a kicker strikes a football, and the motion of a hummingbird's wings as it hovers.
