Synopsis
Poopdeck Pappy is suffering from a hangover and asks Popeye for help in reducing the noise around him. The disturbances include a crying baby across the street, a horse-drawn milk truck, a factory whistle, a radio, a traffic accident, a construction site, and a blasting site.
