Sometimes it takes a child or two to help fix adult problems. Siem's mother and father are divorced, but his father, Rik, has found new love and is married to Winnie's mother, Tosca. Siem loves Winnie, so when Rik and Tosca's relationship begins to falter, the two children devise a plan to bring their parents back together: they make a movie filled with good advice about love. And what a movie it is! The small film bubbles with love and creativity, both in front of and behind the camera. The story moves around various genres as Siem and Winnie have to interpret many aspects of love. It is a sweet, funny, and sensitive film about coming together, staying together, and accepting each other—and each other's differences, not least of all.
