Synopsis
Set in 17th-century Korea, the Joseon kingdom is ruled by the paranoid King Lee Jo, a vassal of the Qing dynasty, who is increasingly convinced of a conspiracy and rebellion around him. As a dark evil rises from the depths of a merchant ship, the exiled Prince Lee Cheung returns to the royal court, unaware that he must lead the few who can confront both the ambitious humans and the bloodthirsty monsters threatening to destroy the kingdom.
