Estranged sheep‑farmer brothers must outwit a deadly outbreak and defy government orders to save their prized rams before the entire valley’s herd is destroyed.

Synopsis
In a remote valley in Iceland, Gummi and Kiddi live adjacent to each other, raising sheep. Their family's sheep herd is regarded as among the finest in the country, and the brothers have frequently received awards for their prized rams, which trace back to an ancient lineage. Despite sharing the land and a traditional way of life, Gummi and Kiddi have not spoken in forty years. When a deadly disease suddenly strikes Kiddi’s flock, the entire valley is at risk. The authorities respond by ordering the culling of all animals in the area to prevent the outbreak from spreading. However, Gummi and Kiddi refuse to accept this fate without resistance—each taking a different approach: Kiddi with his rifle, and Gummi with his intelligence.
