Synopsis

This film dramatizes the life of Earl "The Goat" Manigault (played by Don Cheadle), depicting many factual events from his life. It follows a reformed drug addict who returns to Harlem after serving time in prison, determined to turn his life around and dedicate himself to mentoring the youth. The film was released in 1996, the 25th anniversary of the first tournament held in his honor.
