Synopsis
In 208 A.D., during the final years of the Han Dynasty, Prime Minister Cao Cao persuaded the unstable Emperor Han that the only way to unify China was to launch a war against the kingdoms of Xu in the west and East Wu in the south. This marked the beginning of a military campaign of extraordinary scale. With no other option for survival, the kingdoms of Xu and East Wu joined forces in an unexpected alliance.
