Riot

Copper Jack Stone deliberately arranges a bank robbery so that he will be incarcerated alongside the notorious Russian kingpin Balam. Balam, described as a cunning and dangerous mob leader, exerts control over the police force from within prison, where he maintains his position as the city's de facto ruler. His cell is a lavish private suite constructed specifically for him and located deep within the prison complex, an area that most inmates cannot access and that even the warden avoids entering. Although Balam is surrounded by loyal henchmen and guards in this fortified section, he is unaware that Jack intends to confront him as retribution for the murder of Jack’s family. Both characters are portrayed as exceptionally tough.
