Synopsis
Oswald is on his way to visit his sweetheart when he is overtaken by a rival in a faster car. He regains the lead when both encounter a mud puddle; Oswald is willing to get dirty, while his competitor is not. Oswald arrives and attempts to serenade his love, but his efforts are disrupted by the animals in the yard. The rival arrives and a fight ensues over the girl, during which she quietly leaves with a third suitor.
