Synopsis
It's Independence Day, and Jerry's young nephew, Nibbles, wants to celebrate with fireworks, while Jerry reminds him to "keep it safe and sane." At first, Jerry's efforts backfire when he tries to dispose of the firecrackers Nibbles lights, which explode in his face. However, in the end, Nibbles helps Jerry escape from Tom using the typical cartoon-style applications of black powder.
