Samurai Sentai Shinkenger Returns: Special Act
Synopsis
The film opens with the Shinkengers defeating the Ayakashi Demebakuto. As he begins his second life, he traps the Shinkengers in mirrors and sends them through various dimensions, each representing a different film genre, for his amusement before ultimately killing them. Their first stop is the jidaigeki *Lord's Log of Notable Events*, where they battle a group of samurai. This is followed by a Western-style showdown in *Wild Grip* between Genta and Ginshirō, the owner of the rival sushi stand Silver Zushi, over whose food is superior. The scene then shifts to the cop drama *Passionate Version*, with the vassals acting as police officers and Takeru being held hostage, as the Shinkengers begin to realize that something is wrong.
