Synopsis
*Satan rir media* (*Satan Rides the Media*) is a 1998 Norwegian documentary directed by Torstein Grude. It explores the controversy surrounding black metal musician Varg Vikernes in the early 1990s. Vikernes was linked to a series of church arsons in Norway and also received significant media attention due to his involvement in the murder of Mayhem band member Øystein "Euronymous" Aarseth.
