Synopsis
During a stormy night, a mean and loud-mouthed town bully is speaking on the phone when a bolt of lightning strikes a telephone pole, travels through the phone lines, and strikes him. He is declared clinically dead but recovers shortly afterward with a completely changed personality and claims to have the ability to communicate with the dead.
