Synopsis
Rookie cop Sam Staziak possesses a unique ability: he is a Scanner, which allows him to read the thoughts of others and, in some cases, cause severe physical harm. When a rogue scientist begins using mind control to manipulate and kill police officers, Sam recognizes that only he and his extraordinary gift can stop the escalating violence.
