Synopsis

Ella Wolf is a lawyer working at a prestigious law firm in Munich, where she is on the verge of becoming the youngest junior partner in the firm's history. Her childhood friend, Florian, comes from the same hometown but has chosen a very different path. He remains in the picturesque town of Bad Friedlingen, managing his late parents' organic farm. For Florian, even the introduction of a modern milking machine represents a significant change. The two reconnect at Florian's friend's wedding, where they grow closer. Six weeks later, Ella returns to Bad Friedlingen carrying two major issues: she is secretly pregnant with Florian's child, and she must advance a controversial construction project for an important client—despite the fact that Florian is leading a local citizens' initiative opposing it.
