Second in Command
Synopsis
When armed insurgents launch a coup d'état in a destabilized Eastern European nation, the president seeks refuge within the U.S. embassy. Following the murder of the U.S. ambassador by the violent rebel forces, embassy second-in-command Sam Keenan, portrayed by Belgian kickboxer Jean-Claude Van Damme, must rely on his exceptional martial arts skills to protect those inside during the siege.
