Synopsis
When editor Jane Grant receives a plus-one invitation to her cousin's wedding, she faces a dilemma. To outdo her high school rival, Natasha Nutley, Jane claims to have a perfect, charming, and handsome boyfriend—though he doesn't actually exist. Learning of her "boyfriend," Jane's overbearing Aunt Ida insists he attend the wedding. To meet this demand, Jane begins going on every date she can find in hopes of locating a suitable replacement.
