Synopsis
Tony Baker (Jimmy Williams), a Vietnam vet who is now an L.A. detective, is on the trail of the 'Mekong Dragon', assisted by his partner Brian O'Malley (Sandy Palm) and police Captain Washington (Robert Z'Dar).
