Synopsis
Amidst the turmoil of warring warlords vying for control over China's fractured territories, young and brash warrior Hao Jie boasts of his battlefield triumphs, even challenging and defeating a Shaolin master in combat. His arrogance, however, proves fleeting. When a rival warlord destroys his family, Hao is left broken and must seek sanctuary among the very monks he once scorned. As the conflict escalates and the civilian population endures increasing hardship, Hao and the Shaolin masters unite to confront the warlords. They devise a bold strategy to rescue those in peril and execute a daring escape.
