Synopsis
Harue was born the daughter of a poor farmer. Her father, who was crazy about chicken, and her mother, who struggled to make ends meet, heard from the priest of Tentokuji Temple that if Haruji became a nun, she would have a comfortable life. Haruji, who had been in love with a young teacher, Izumida, who stayed at her house, hated the idea of becoming a nun, but she made a sad decision to save her younger siblings.
