Synopsis
In the lawless, storm-ravaged city of New Orleans, Detective Sean Riley struggles to cope with the death of his young son and the departure of his wife. Facing the possibility of suspension from the police department, Riley is paired with a younger homicide detective, Will Ganz, to investigate a series of brutal murders that have plunged the city into a violent gang war. The two quickly discover that there is something far more sinister at play than either had anticipated.
