Synopsis
In a world devastated by war and environmental degradation, the last remaining city, Ecoban, has been constructed by the survivors. With most natural resources depleted, the city relies on pollution as its primary energy source. This dependence forces its citizens to generate ongoing pollution, bringing them into conflict with the people of Marr. Amid the turmoil, one individual seeks to clear the skies and reveal the sun once more.
